Per Themba's former attorney Lee Wachoki, in 2014, Your Honor Kathleen Dailey reprimands Multnomah County DA for prosecuting Themba with a "personal vendetta". This was directly after, Judge Dailey ruled that Themba was not a sex-offender and therefore was not required to register.
